I think this is too strong of an exercise.Ive been suffering back pain for some days,tried yoga and it got worse.My advice for everybodys a psei just found.Stand up,bend forward while placing your hands on your knees.Now straight your arms,lift your head and let your neck loose into your shoulders.Try to stay in that position as long as you can,you will see inmediate relief.I couldnt sleep for the whole night and this helps.Also? sleep sideways
